Terms of Service
Last updated August 1, 2026These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services offered by F10.0R'D Studios ("F10.0R'D," "we," "us," or "our") at www.f100rd.com and related subdomains. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
1. Description of Services
F10.0R'D provides custom gymnastics floor music production, premade competitive floor music tracks, an AI-assisted music design studio, and related tools and content for competitive gymnasts, coaches, and gymnastics programs. Services are delivered digitally.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this site. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
3. Accounts and Orders
Some features require you to submit contact information or order details. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials or order access links we provide.
Custom music orders are subject to the scope and timeline described at checkout or confirmed in writing with F10.0R'D. Revisions are handled as described in your order agreement.
4. Payment and Refunds
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge shown at checkout. Because music is custom-built to your brief, all sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing. If we are unable to deliver as described, we will work with you to resolve the issue or issue a refund at our discretion.
Unused-track buy-back: Lifetime routine members may ask F10.0R'D to buy back unused eligible F10.0R'D tracks for $150 per track. The total buy-back value is capped at $1,100 per membership. Contact us before using a track if you would like it considered for the program.
5. Intellectual Property and Music Licensing
F10.0R'D retains ownership of its brand, website content, tools, and original music compositions. When you purchase a custom track or premade track, you receive a non-exclusive license to use that track for the competitive gymnastics purpose described in your order (floor routine performance and competition). You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or use the track for commercial synchronization without written permission.
Some projects involve recognizable songs, covers, or medleys that may require third-party licensing. See our Music Licensing Policy for details.
6. User-Submitted Content
If you upload files, reference tracks, choreography notes, video links, or other materials to inform your project, you represent that you have the right to share that material with us for the purpose of producing your music. You retain ownership of your original submissions. By submitting, you grant F10.0R'D a limited license to use that material solely to complete your order.

These integrations operate on behalf of F10.0R'D and are governed by the respective platform's terms of service. F10.0R'D does not use these integrations to access or post from your personal social media accounts without your explicit authorization.
Any links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. F10.0R'D is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
9. Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is." While we work hard to deliver high-quality results, F10.0R'D makes no guarantee that any particular track will achieve specific scores, placements, or competitive outcomes. Music is one element of a floor routine and results depend on many factors outside our control.
