F10.0R'D Studios ("F10.0R'D," "we," "us," or "our") operates www.f100rd.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights. By using our services, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

• Order information: name, email address, payment details, gymnast level, music brief, and any notes or files you submit when placing a custom or premade music order
• Communications: messages you send via the website chat (Jim), email, or contact forms
• Project files: reference tracks, choreography notes, video links, or other materials you upload to inform your music project

Information collected automatically

• Usage data: pages visited, time spent, clicks, and navigation paths on our site
• Device and browser information: browser type, operating system, screen size, and IP address (stored as a hash, not in raw form)
• Referral source: the URL or platform that directed you to our site (e.g., Instagram, Google)
• Session identifiers: anonymous cookies used to maintain your session and recognize return visits

Information from third-party platforms

F10.0R'D uses the following third-party platform APIs to operate and grow its business. These integrations function on behalf of F10.0R'D's own accounts and do not access your personal social media accounts unless you explicitly authorize them:

• TikTok for Business API — F10.0R'D uses the TikTok Content Posting API to publish video content to its own TikTok business account (@floordstudios). The scopes authorized are:
  • user.info.basic — to verify the connected business account identity (open ID, username, avatar URL)
  • video.upload — to upload and post videos to F10.0R'D's TikTok account

  We do not use these scopes to access, read, or post on behalf of any user other than our own business account. TikTok data accessed via the API is used only to manage our own content and is not shared or sold. F10.0R'D complies with TikTok's Terms of Service and TikTok's Developer Terms.

• Instagram Graph API — F10.0R'D uses Meta's Instagram Graph API to publish content to and retrieve analytics for its own Instagram business account (@floordstudios). Information accessed is limited to our own account's media, insights, and messaging for business purposes.
• Stripe — Payment processing. When you make a purchase, your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is not stored on F10.0R'D's servers. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Telegram — F10.0R'D uses a private Telegram bot for internal business operations. This is not customer-facing and does not process customer personal data.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To produce and deliver the music you ordered
• To respond to your questions, requests, and messages
• To process payments and manage orders
• To improve our website, services, and AI tools
• To send order updates and, if you opt in, announcements about new music or services
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access
• To understand how our content performs on social platforms so we can improve it

F10.0R'D does not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us operate our business (cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics) — only as necessary to perform those services
• Legal authorities if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of F10.0R'D or others
• Business successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the same privacy commitments

We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

• Session management: keeping you logged in during a visit and maintaining your studio session
• Analytics: understanding how visitors use our site (page views, referral sources, clicks). We operate our own analytics system and do not use Google Analytics or similar third-party trackers that share your data with ad networks.
• Owner device recognition: identifying our own admin devices for secure internal access

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Some functionality (such as the studio and checkout) may not work correctly without cookies.

5. Data Retention

We retain order information and project files for as long as needed to complete your order and maintain business records (typically 3 years). Usage analytics data is retained in aggregate form. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing us.

6. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly. Note that many of our customers are parents purchasing music on behalf of minor athletes — in these cases, we collect the parent's information only.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time (use the unsubscribe link in any email or contact us directly)
