Music Licensing Policy
Last updated June 21, 2026
F10.0R'D builds custom floor music for gymnastics and performance routines. Some projects are fully original. Others use recognizable songs, artists, covers, mashups, or medley references. Those recognizable works usually require licensing or written clearance before they can be sold, delivered, or used in competition.
Custom intake
Original preview generation is under maintenance. Custom requests are collected as project briefs and, with the client's permission, routed to a human producer for follow-up.
Recognizable songs and mashups
If a client asks for protected songs, covers, mashups, medleys, or artist-specific material, F10.0R'D treats that as a licensed project. Jim may check partner availability and show estimated licensing costs, but availability and final pricing must be confirmed through the proper licensing flow before delivery.
Partner licensing
When a requested track appears available through a licensing partner, F10.0R'D can quote the custom music work plus expected licensing fees. Licensing fees are cost-of-goods and may be passed through or listed separately.
F10.0R'D may use ClicknClear lookup for popular-track projects where available. Exact song/version, territory, routine use, term, and fee must be confirmed in the licensing flow before F10.0R'D quotes, purchases, produces from, or delivers protected music.
Rights requests
If a requested song is not available through an instant partner route, F10.0R'D may offer label or publisher outreach for an added fee. Approval is not guaranteed, response times can vary, and some rights holders may decline routine, edit, remix, or medley uses.
YouTube and reference files
Clients may share YouTube links or upload reference files to explain direction. Those references are for creative analysis and project notes. F10.0R'D does not sell or deliver ripped YouTube audio, instrumentals, remixes, or protected-song previews unless that specific use has been licensed or cleared.
